At Gentell, we encourage employees to think about their goals and how they can grow with the company. To support employees in their professional development, we created Gentell University, a mix of online training courses, in person training sessions, and career growth initiatives.
Our Leadership Library offers leadership books and material for career growth, which can be checked out by any employee. Best-selling books and authors are featured, along with a suggested book of the month.
The Gentell University Leadership Academy is a series of 14 leadership courses for professional growth, including topics such as communication, presentation skills, mentoring, and others. Other topics in the Gentell University catalog include billing and coding, which is a popular topic for entry-level employees in the United States, advanced computer skills, business management, customer service, and job-specific courses tailored to the needs of our various business entities.
